The purpose of this job posting policy is to establish guidelines and procedures for the creation, approval, and dissemination of job postings. This policy applies to all employees involved in the recruitment process, including but not limited to hiring managers, human resources personnel, and department heads.

Job Posting Creation

  1. All new job postings must be created using standardized templates provided by the Human Resources department.
  2. Job postings should accurately reflect the job title, responsibilities, qualifications, and any other relevant details pertaining to the position.
  3. Job postings must be reviewed and approved by the relevant department head and Human Resources before being posted externally.

Limit on Simultaneous Job Postings

  1. Each organization is permitted to have only three active job posting at any given time.
  2. Organizations requiring simultaneous posting of multiple jobs may consider purchasing additional job posting slots through a premium service, subject to availability.
  3. The premium service for additional job postings will be evaluated and implemented at the discretion of the organization's management and the designated support personnel.
  4. Details regarding pricing, terms of use, and any limitations associated with purchasing additional job posting slots will be communicated to organizations interested in availing themselves of this option.
  5. Any premium features introduced for additional job postings will comply with relevant legal requirements and organizational policies regarding pricing transparency, fairness, and privacy.
  6. The organization reserves the right to modify or discontinue the premium service for additional job postings at any time, with prior notice to affected parties.

Extension of Active Job Listings through Promo Code Usage:

Upon the utilization of a valid promotional code, organizations registered with our platform will be eligible to extend their active job listings from the standard limit of three to a total of ten active job listings.

In addition to the extended active job listings, organizations utilizing the promotional code will gain access to an exclusive section dedicated to highlighted job postings. This section will prominently feature the organization's job listings, ensuring greater visibility and exposure to potential candidates. By leveraging this promotional benefit, organizations can significantly enhance their recruitment efforts and attract top talent within their respective industries. The highlighted job postings section serves as a valuable tool to maximize the effectiveness of promotional code utilization, further incentivizing organizations to engage with our platform and capitalize on the extended benefits offered.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Organizations must be registered users of our platform.
  2. The promotional code must be valid and issued by our platform or authorized partners.
  3. Organizations must adhere to the terms and conditions associated with the promotional code.

Process:

  1. Upon successful application of the promotional code, the organization's account will be automatically upgraded to allow ten active job listings.
  2. The organization will have the flexibility to manage and update their job listings within the extended limit.

Duration:

The policy of extending active job listings through the use of promotional codes will be effective from the date of issuance until further notice. Any changes or amendments to this policy will be communicated in advance to the registered organizations.

Monitoring and Enforcement:

  1. Our platform administrators will monitor the application of promotional codes and ensure compliance with the policy guidelines.
  2. Any misuse or unauthorized application of promotional codes will result in immediate revocation of the extended active job listings and may lead to further disciplinary actions as deemed necessary.

Duration of Postings

  1. Job postings will remain active for a minimum of 30 days, unless the position is filled earlier.
  2. If a position remains unfilled after the initial posting period, the job posting may be extended or reposted as necessary.

Confidentiality and Privacy

  1. Confidential positions or sensitive information regarding job postings should be handled with utmost discretion and restricted to relevant personnel only.
  2. Personal information collected during the application process will be handled in accordance with the organization's privacy policy and applicable laws and regulations.

Equal Employment Opportunity

  1. All job postings will adhere to the organization's commitment to equal employment opportunity and diversity.
  2. Job postings will not contain any language or requirements that discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

  2. Any violations of this policy will be addressed promptly and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

  2. Any necessary updates or revisions to the policy will be made in accordance with organizational needs and changes in legal requirements.
